Condhotel !

All’estero esistono già da molti anni ma in Italia arrivano solo ora.

Il decreto definisce i CONDHOTEL un esercizio alberghiero aperto al pubblico a gestione unitaria composto da una o più unità immobiliari nello stesso comune che forniscono alloggio, servizio accessori ed eventualmente vitto, in camere destinate alla ricettività e, in forma integrata e complementare, in unità abitative a destinazione residenziale, con cucina, la cui superficie non può essere più del 40%  della superficie destinata alle camere da letto.

The decree defines the CONDHOTEL as a hotel open to the public with unitary management consisting of one or more real estate units in the same municipality that provide accommodation, ancillary services and possibly food, in rooms intended for accommodation and, in an integrated and complementary form, in residential units for residential use, with kitchen, the surface of which cannot be more than 40% of the area intended for bedrooms.

Ils existent à l’étranger depuis de nombreuses années mais n’arrivent en Italie que maintenant.

Le décret définit le CONDHOTEL comme un hôtel recevant du public à gestion unitaire constitué d’une ou plusieurs unités immobilières d’une même commune assurant l’hébergement, les services annexes et éventuellement la restauration, dans des chambres destinées à l’hébergement et, sous une forme intégrée et complémentaire , dans les unités d’habitation à usage d’habitation, avec cuisine, dont la surface ne peut excéder 40 % de la surface destinée aux chambres.
